Day Realty Commission Split

50% Split. (Co-Op Sales/Some Limited Service Contracts, Entry Only Contracts) (Must be agreed to in advance!)

New Licensees must join up with an experienced associate/team for support/training. Split determined by team leader/new licensees. Top 20% to company.

Straight 80% Split. For all experienced associates, broker still may provides signs (if available), shared office equipment and training, if needed. Associate does all the work. (i.e. prospecting, make appointments, show, sell, processes, pays for own ads, does inspections, and closes). Associate should start their own home office, (computer, high speed modem, fax, copier, paper, etc. Associates should try to divert all their calls to their cell phones! $50 transaction fee plus $25 E&O per transaction will apply.

Straight 100% Split. Any associate who has produced at least $10,000,000 in career gross sales (with any company) can advance to a permanent 100% split. Associate should be using their own signs, lockboxes, ads, contracts, home office equipment. Associate does all the work. (i.e. prospecting, take all their calls, make appointments, show, sell, processes, inspections, closes.) Associates should try to divert all their calls to their cell phones! Associated on 100% split may still be charged referral fees for in house leads. $300/ Transaction Fee plus $25 E&O per transaction will apply.
