Day Realty Commission Split

Straight 90% Split. For all experienced associates, broker still may provides signs (if available), shared office equipment and training, if needed. Associate can use company signs, but should have their own lockboxes. Associate does all the work. (i.e. prospecting, make appointments, show, sell, processes, pays for own ads, does inspections, and closes). Associate should start their own home office, (computer, high speed modem, fax, copier, paper, etc. Associates should try to divert all their calls to their cell phones! $25 E&O per transaction will apply.

Straight 100% Split. Any associate can advance to a permanent 100% split if they have their own home office and can work independently. Associate should be using their own signs, lockboxes, ads, contracts, home office equipment. Associate does all the work. (i.e. prospecting, take all their calls, make appointments, show, sell, processes, inspections, closes.) Associates should try to divert all their calls to their cell phones! Associated on 100% split may still be charged referral fees for in house leads. $95 Transaction Fee plus $25 E&O per transaction will apply.
